The Leander Wolfpack is the City of Leander’s first minor league developmental football team for adult athletes. We have made it our mission to provide the local community with a high quality, competitive football program for adult athletes and their families.

Why? Because participation in sports increases confidence builds character and teaches life lessons that extend well beyond the field.


Co-Owner and Head Coach Mark Rogers has been years playing and coaching football for more than 20 years at the high school, college, and professional levels. He studied at Virginia State University, then graduated from Texas A&M University-Commerce.

Co-Owner and Offensive Coordinator/Running Backs Coach Donivan Hodge has coached minor league developmental football teams in leagues across Texas. Prior to joining the Wolfpack, Donivan worked as a speed and agility trainer with high school and college football players.

Co-Owner Shaun Duffenbach has coached in minor professional football for 5 years as an offensive coordinator and play caller. He is now the community relationships manager for the Wolfpack.  


Quarterback Coach Robert Park, played Linebacker for Brigham Young University and has 20 years’ experience coaching football at various levels. For the last 7 years his QB training program produced 9 collegiate quarterbacks.

Offensive Line and Tight Ends Coach Erik Krumm, has played and coached for minor league developmental football teams in central Texas since 2008.

Heading 1

Defensive Line Coach, Matt Landolfi a graduate of Kutztown University in Pennsylvania has 7 years of semi-pro experience between playing and coaching. He previously was the head coach of a Pennsylvania team prior to joining the Wolfpack.

Assistant Defensive Coach and Special Teams Coach,Anthony Brocato is studying at the University of Texas at Austin. He has coached and mentored kickers, punters, and long snappers at the high school and college level. 


Defensive Backs coach, Desmoin Cooksey.  Former  collegiate football  and track athlete. I have coached  more than 17  years at the high school, college at D1 D2 Naia level and 3 years on the professional levels.. Graduated from Purdue University, and Saint Mary's University in Halifax Nova Scotia Canada 


Defensive Line Coach, Joseph Ruscio, played and Graduated from Trinity International University and was on the Oakland Panthers training camp


Linebacker Coach, Jacob Banley, mentored and coached high school football players for 3 years in Louisiana prior to joining the Wolfpack.

Dr. Neil Sheth has been the team physical therapist for past 2 seasons. Prior to this he was a defensive back for the Leander Wolfpack. He uses his experience as an athlete and physical therapist to provide unique treatment program to get our athletes back in the game.


Brinson Bagley, Team Analyst for the Wolfpack, prior to joining the Wolfpack, has previously played football for 8 years. He provides an unfiltered perspective and evaluates team personnel, and game plan strategy.
