The Leander Wolfpack is the City of Leander’s first minor league developmental football team for adult athletes. We have made it our mission to provide the local community with a high quality, competitive football program for adult athletes and their families.
Why? Because participation in sports increases confidence builds character and teaches life lessons that extend well beyond the field.
Co-founder and Head Coach Mark Rogers has been years playing and coaching football for more than 20 years at the high school, college, and professional levels. He studied at Virginia State University, then graduated from Texas A&M University-Commerce.
Co-founder and Offensive Coordinator Coach Donivan Hodge has coached minor league developmental football teams in leagues across Texas. Prior to joining the Wolfpack, Donivan worked as a speed and agility trainer with high school and college football players.

Co-founder Shaun Duffenbach has coached in minor professional football for 5 years as an offensive coordinator and play caller. He is now the community relationships manager for the Wolfpack.

Assistant Defensive coach and Special Teams coach Anthony Brocato is studying at the University of Texas at Austin. He has coached and mentored kickers, punters, and long snappers at the high school and college level.
Running Backs coach, Anthony Moore, has been playing, coaching and refereeing football in all its forms most of his life.
Wide Receiver coach Mike Olivarez studied at both the University of Texas and Texas State. He has been coaching football for more than 25 years. Working with athletes age 8 and up, with dozens of players in the college ranks and 3 played in the NFL.

Quarterback coach Robert Park played Linebacker for Brigham Young University and has 20 years’ experience coaching football at various levels. For the last 7 years his QB training program produced 9 collegiate quarterbacks.
Offensive line and Special teams coach, Caleb Coupland had played and coached football for 13 years in California, before escaping to Texas. Prior to joining the Wolfpack, Caleb proudly served in the Army National Guard.
Defensive backs assistant coach, Jordon Johnson, played Linebacker for Highlands High School and brings his love of football to his first year as intern coach for the Wolfpack.
